Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern participation in the Punarjith Herbal Hair Oil Launch Campaign (the “Campaign”) organized by Punarjith Ayurveda (the “Company”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Eligibility
The Campaign is open to legal residents of India who are 18 years or older. Employees of the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members, as well as any members of Punarjith Ayurveda, are not eligible to participate.
- Campaign Mechanics
The Campaign will involve a series of online contests and promotions, including but not limited to:
- Like, Share, and Win
- Caption Contest
- Tag and Win
- User-Generated Content Contest
- Review and Win
- Scratch and Win
- Grand Prize Draw
Specific rules and mechanics for each contest will be outlined on the respective platforms (website, social media) and may be subject to change at the Company’s discretion.
- Prizes
Prizes will vary depending on the contest and may include, but are not limited to:
- Punarjith products
- Gift vouchers
- Cash prizes
- Experiences (e.g., spa vouchers, movie tickets)
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
- Winner Selection
Winners will be selected based on the specific rules of each contest. The Company’s decision regarding winner selection is final and binding. In the event of any disputes, the Company’s decision will be the final resolution.
- Liability
The Company assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participants as a result of their participation in the Campaign or the use of any prizes. Participants release the Company from any and all liability for claims, damages, or losses of any kind. Any disputes related to the Campaign should be directed to info@punarjith.com.
- Intellectual Property
By participating in the Campaign, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute any content you submit in connection with the Campaign.
- Privacy
The Company will collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Termination
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
