The Order

When placing the order with Punarjith, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.

When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways.The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account you can see your orders and download the invoice.

Shipment

Once the order is paced, customer will receive the confirmation mail with order number to the given Mail ID Our system Auto-Processes the order within 1 Hour for packing, fulfilment & dispatch After the Inspection, your order will be packed and handed over to our trusted courier partner Following are some of our trusted courier partners.

Free Shipping all over India (Arrives within 4-7 working days) Rates for International orders varies at Checkout Page based on the Country Location (Arrives within 7-15 working days) In case of International orders, product delivery may get delayed due to reasons attributable to logistics, public holidays, etc. If you didn’t receive the tracking mail within two business days, kindly write to our customer support team on info@punarjith.com

Returns & Refunds

Returns will be accepted under the following condition: Product is defective or damaged during transit

For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. The money will be refunded to you within 10 – 15 Working Days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. Handling charge of Rs60 will be deducted for any cancellation or return of processed /shipped orders.

Cancellation

Our system Auto-Processes the order within 1 Hour for packing, dispatch & fulfilment. If the order you want to cancel have not been processed, you can write to our customer support team on info@punarjith.com or WhatsApp us on +91 8157037902 In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 10 – 15 Working Days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. Handling charge of Rs60 will be deducted for any cancellation or return of processed /shipped orders.

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team on info@punarjith.com In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 10 – 15 Working Days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. We have to mention here about the handling’s charges (wear and tear charges, shipping charges, return expenses, etc.) Handling charge of Rs60 will be deducted for any cancellation or return of processed /shipped orders.

Damage

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order: Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (info@punarjith.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order. Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. Step 3: We will send you our warehouse address via mail. You will have to send back the orders without delay. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
